The final day at Expo

Hi everyone!

Well, this post is not about tea but I hope it’s interesting. Well, last Sunday was the final day of Expo. And although it looked very busy, we decided to go there for the memory. We knew there would be a LOT of people there, but it was a good challenge.

Anyway, we got a lift there by car in the afternoon, and then found that the queues for pavilions were VERY long! Too long, really–the famous company pavilions were four hours or more.

But then something amazing happened. We walked up to Toyota, and one of the women staff came up and asked if we’d like to see the show. We said, “Yes of course” and she said “Come with me!” So we went into the next show… and we only had to wait for 2 minutes! It was amazing because we’d given up the chance to see Toyota, but on the last day, we got it.

I’m not sure why we were able to go in, but it looked like foreigners were being invited to see the show, although there was a four-hour queue for normal visitors. Perhaps they felt sorry because we’d come such a long way to see Expo.

However, in my case, we’d only driven 15 minutes to get there!

It was a wonderful show and a great memory. What a nice way to end Expo!
